Our Story

Secondsight was founded in 2010 with a simple ambition: to help employers build better workplaces by supporting the financial wellbeing of their people.

From the beginning, we’ve believed employee benefits should do more than simply exist. They should be understood, valued and make a genuine difference to employees’ lives. That’s why we’ve always taken a personal approach, designing bespoke benefits strategies that reflect each organisation’s people, culture and ambitions rather than relying on a one size fits all solution.

Our Growth

2024 marked an exciting new chapter for Secondsight. Through the acquisition of Punter Southall’s corporate advisory business, we doubled both the size of our team and our client base, expanding our expertise and increasing the number of organisations we support to more than 1,500.

Our growth has strengthened our ability to deliver specialist advice across employee benefits, pensions, financial wellbeing and engagement, while maintaining the personalised service and trusted relationships our clients value.

Today, we’re proud to support organisations ranging from growing businesses to some of the UK’s largest employers, charities and independent schools. As we continue to evolve, our focus remains the same: empowering people, delighting clients and transforming workplace wellbeing through better benefits, expert advice and meaningful employee experiences.
