Andrew Constantinou
Managing Principal
Andrew has over 35 years of financial services experience, initially in banking and corporate finance, before transitioning into the world of pensions and employee benefits over 20 years ago. Prior to joining Punter Southall (now Secondsight), Andrew has worked at Prudential, the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority, and Hymans Robertson. He possesses particular expertise in corporate advice on DC investment strategy, governance, and communications. Andrew holds an MBA, a degree in Financial Services, and the Investment Management Certificate and CertPFS. Additionally, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Anne Drugnick
Principal
Anne Drugnick, a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, brings 25 years of experience to her role as Principal at Secondsight. With a background in pensions, Anne has spent the last decade focusing on protection benefits and wellbeing at work. Her passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service and building enduring relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys participating in horse competitions with her two horses and taking walks with her two dogs.
Becky Loader
Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser
Becky has over 13 years' experience in the financial services industry. In June 2020, she joined the Secondsight team as a Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser. Her role involves offering advice on all Group Risk and Healthcare products.
Becky is passionate about getting to know her clients well and to help ensure the benefits they offer are closely aligned with their company's needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also dedicates her weekends volunteering at the local nature reserve.
Caroline Gaines
Principal
With over two decades of industry expertise, Caroline Gaines has dedicated the last 15 years to specialising in employee benefits, and workplace pension consulting. As a Principal at Secondsight, Caroline believes in cultivating trusted, long-term relationships by deeply understanding her clients' culture, short- and long-term goals, and their unique employee profiles. She is committed to delivering pragmatic consultancy solutions through straightforward and honest conversations.
Caroline is a fervent advocate for financial education in the workplace and leads our communications working group. Continually enhancing the material available for employers and their employees, she strives to make financial education accessible and impactful.
Chloe Guckian
Senior Associate
Chloe holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s qualification in Healthcare Insurance Products (IF7), and her principal areas of expertise relate to Health and Wellbeing benefits. Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge in Healthcare Benefits, applied with a tailored approach to deliver excellent outcomes for SME and Corporate clients. Prior to joining Second-Sight, she worked in professional services (Legal, Software, and Energy sectors). Clients praise Chloe for delivering “efficient, uncomplicated advice and excellent continued service,” demonstrating her commitment to providing a client-focused solutions-based service, helping clients optimize their healthcare benefits and achieve their wellness goals. In recognition of her exceptional contributions, Chloe has been nominated as a Rising Star in the Women in Protection and Health Awards 2024.
Darren Hedgley
Associate Director
Darren is an Associate Director in the Employee Benefits team at Secondsight. Darren is responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients based in the South East. Darren’s experience covers defined benefit, defined contribution, and hybrid arrangements, and he has a wealth of experience advising employers from a wide range of sectors, but primarily in Financial Services, on all aspects of their staff pension arrangements. He is also part of our Editorial Group and enjoys writing blogs and commenting on the more interesting aspects of pension savings and investments.
Darren spends much of his leisure time cooking for his family. He has a keen interest in sport and, in particular, enjoys Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Rugby, and Cricket.
Darren Laverty

Darren has over 30 years' experience working in the financial services and employee benefits industries. He is passionate about financial education and communication, and making a difference to the financial lives of the people he meets.
Darren has worked with some of the UKs most impressive employers on all aspects of the benefits package.
Darren is also a highly accomplished public speaker and a leading financial education pension and benefits commentator, frequently quoted in the press. He has also published his first book; Make Their Money Count - looking at how employers can deliver financial education in the workplace.
David Taylor
Managing Director
David has been involved in financial services all his career, focusing on the corporate sector since 1995, covering the full range of employee benefits including DB, DC, risk, healthcare, platforms, and wellbeing. He has worked for a number of businesses in roles including Managing Director and COO and has always maintained active client involvement.
He has twice won the Corporate Adviser Firm of the Year award, including the inaugural award in 2008. He is a regular contributor to industry media and awards judge. He has a degree in Classics.
Eddie Bernatek
Associate Director
Eddie is an Associate Director at Secondsight and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning through the Chartered Insurance Institute. Eddie previously worked at a major life and pension provider before moving to a multi-national employee benefits consultancy in 1989. Whilst there, he worked as a personal financial planning consultant before transitioning to an employee benefits consultant role specialising in contract-based pensions.
Eddie advises a range of corporate clients across all aspects of DC pensions, including governance, scheme design, default investment strategies, and member communications. Eddie is a member of our Communication Group and is one of the company’s Mental Health First Aiders.
Emma Snowden
Director
Emma has over 30 years' experience in the Health Insurance industry. She has worked in various roles during this time, mainly for Health Insurers, including Underwriting, Pricing, Corporate and Key Account Management, looking after a variety of clients and intermediaries.
A number of years ago, Emma changed roles to an intermediary and, using her many years of experience and market contacts, has been providing consultative independent advice to a varied portfolio of clients in respect of Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans, and Employee Assistance Programmes.
Gareth Smith
Senior Associate
Gareth has gained 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily working with local financial advice firms. More recently, he has transitioned to an employee benefit environment, where his focus lies in assisting employers with workplace savings. Gareth is consistently eager to connect with employees, ensuring they receive high-quality guidance and comprehend the significance of maintaining meaningful savings levels. His goal is to provide greater flexibility in retirement planning.
Gavin Brooks
Partner
Gavin has over two decades of experience in financial services, specialising in workplace pensions, group risk and healthcare, and technology integration.
He excels in offering strategic advice and consultancy services to employers who aspire to provide tailored and engaging reward packages for their employees. By fostering continuous engagement and facilitating access to easily understandable financial education and benefits information, employees are empowered to take steps to help them reach their financial goals. This, in turn, leads to an increased sense of appreciation for their employers.
Gavin works with start-ups, SMEs, charities, and large employers.
Gavin Zaprzala-Banks
Managing Director
Gavin has worked in financial services for twenty years and first joined the Punter Southall Group (now Secondsight) in 2003. As Principal in our Guildford team, he manages a group of consultants and is responsible for a portfolio of clients, working with a broad range of employers covering areas such as scheme design and implementation, communication options, and investment reviews. Gavin leads our governance group, overseeing the continual improvement of this central element of our proposition. In addition to a degree in English Literature and History, Gavin holds several financial qualifications, including the Financial Planning Certificate, pension specialist paper CF9, and the PMI’s Certificate in DC Governance.
Graeme Bell
Director
Graeme has devoted over 35 years to the field of pensions, spending the last six years with Punter Southall Aspire (now Secondsight). Before that, he worked with a leading pension provider, where he held ultimate responsibility for developing their auto-enrolment proposition. In his current role, Graeme provides ongoing consultancy support and advice to various employers, including independent schools. He covers key areas such as provider selection, scheme governance, investment strategy, employee engagement, and special projects.
Graeme is widely recognised as a subject matter expert on auto-enrolment and school pension strategies, particularly in cases where schools are contemplating Defined Contribution pensions alongside or as an alternative to Defined Benefit Teachers’ Pension Schemes. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role as a key member of our Technical Group and Provider Research Group.
Harri Mead
Associate
Harri holds several qualifications, including the R02 certificate in Investment Principles & Risk. She began her financial services career over 10 years ago, starting in administration roles, and is now responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients which range from large listed companies to small charitable organisations. She is dedicated to providing a relationship-centric consulting approach, and places a key focus on understanding the needs of both employers and their scheme members to ensure that services are relevant and well-communicated.
Harri sits on Secondsight's Provider Research Group and is passionate about analysing the different ways in which major DC workplace pension providers engage with members, particularly those with vulnerabilities. Internally, Harri chairs the Wellbeing strand of Foster Denovo's working
culture group: the Voice.
In her spare time Harri is the Chair of Trustees for a national charity, as well as a volunteer for two other organisations. She also enjoys walking, reading and cooking.
Ian Bird
Business Development Director
With over 25 years' experience in financial services and employee benefits, Ian understands the needs of the clients he works with.
Ian specialises in workplace savings schemes, including group pensions, corporate ISAs, share plans, group risk and financial education.
Ian passionately believes that financial education and advice in the workplace is essential to ensure employees can plan effectively for their financial futures. He believes good, plain English, and a multi-channel approach to communication should be a fundamental part of any employer's benefits strategy. And as such, Ian founded our online financial education tool, Mybenefitsatwork.
Ian works with a range of clients, from major UK employers, global brands and charities across a number of different industry sectors.
Jane Kelly
Associate Director
Jane has worked in financial services since 1986 and is currently an Associate Director in the Employee Benefits team at Secondsight.
She is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing corporate advice on DC workplace pension strategy, including salary sacrifice, automatic enrolment legislation, governance, and member communications.
Jane collaborates with clients to deliver presentations and one-to-one guidance meetings for their employees. She is passionate about helping employees understand pensions and actively contributes to the development of our communication proposition.
Johanne Bennett
Director
Jo has worked in the Health & Protection industry for 18 years and is a Director within our team, specialising in Group Risk benefits (Group Life Assurance, Income Protection, and Critical Illness).
Jo enjoys working with clients to focus on benefit spend and strategy and has a pragmatic approach to benefit design. Jo recognises the importance of delivering great customer service and thrives on developing long-term relationships with her clients.
Jon Beer
Principal
Jon Beer, a Principal within Secondsight, boasts a wealth of experience advising employers from diverse sectors on all aspects of their staff pension arrangements. Serving many household names, Jon's commitment extends beyond the workplace to his family, where much of his leisure time is spent. A dedicated family man, Jon enjoys coaching his son's football team and takes part in activities like golf, horse racing, gardening, and dining out whenever the opportunity arises.
Leon Farrar
Senior Associate
Leon Farrar, a Senior Associate in the Employee Benefits team at Secondsight, brings over 22 years of experience to his role. Specialising in workplace pensions and auto-enrollment schemes, Leon provides consultancy and governance services to employers across diverse sectors, including charities and not-for-profit organisations. Beyond client responsibilities, Leon actively contributes to developing Secondsight's pension proposition and manages pension provider relations.
Mark Bingham
Partner
With over 23 years in the industry, Mark has worked with leading innovators on ways to encourage people to save more towards their retirement and has developed strategies to aid this; to the benefit of the members and increased return on investment for employers.
Mark takes a collaborative approach, and works closely with his clients on an assortment of pension and benefit issues, providing leadership and creative solutions to meet these needs. He has specialist knowledge in the winding up of pension schemes, the need for governance and the implications of regulatory and legal requirements.
Mark is passionate about the communication of employee benefits; keeping it simple and easy for members to understand and take action and has also written a book on the subject.
He has spoken at various leading benefit and pension conferences and is often quoted in HR and benefit publications.
Mark Bowen
Principal
Mark Bowen joined Punter Southall (now Secondsight) in 2015 with the acquisition of Ashcourt Rowan Corporate Solutions. With over three decades of financial consultancy experience, Mark specialises in workplace pensions, assisting employers in providing effective employee benefits. In his spare time, Mark channels his creativity as a musician and composer, showcasing a diverse range of talents beyond the financial realm.
Mark Hanson
Senior Associate
Mark Hanson, a Senior Associate at Secondsight, embarked on his career in the industry two decades earlier. With a foundation in admin roles and subsequent consultancy positions, Mark has become a trusted consultant for a significant number of SME clients. His focus extends beyond employee pension presentations to include scheme governance, employee communications, and proactive support in navigating legislative developments. Mark's diverse client list appreciates his proactive approach and "calls to action" amidst the continuous changes in the pension landscape.
Matthew Mitten
Partner
Matthew has over 20 years' experience working in financial services.
Matthew is passionate about how we communicate in the workplace, using all the tools available to deliver multi-channel communications to engage with as wide an audience as possible.
His expertise in the employee benefits and pensions arena is extensive. Matthew is at the forefront of Secondsight’s financial wellbeing initiative, linking the broader concepts of money and mental health with financial matters and traditional pension and benefits programmes.
Matthew has been involved in new pension scheme launches, financial education programmes, wellbeing initiatives and flexible benefit design.
He regularly presents at leading HR events and sharing panels alongside pension ministers and other industry experts.
Mike Edwards
Associate Director
Mike is an Associate Director in the Employee Benefits team at Secondsight. Mike works with a number of corporate clients across a wide range of sectors and provides full consultancy services, including DC governance, member communication, default investment fund support, and group risk consultancy. Alongside corporate client responsibilities, Mike sits on the internal provider research group and the DC investment sub-committee. Mike also volunteers for The Pensions Ombudsman Early Resolution Service and holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced CII Pension Planning module, and is currently working towards completing the remainder of the CII Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
Neal Shepherd

Neal has over 35 years' experience in the financial services industry and has a wealth of employee benefits experience.
Neal has worked with a number of employers to increase their return on investment on their benefits spend. Neal is passionate about helping employees understand their benefits through simple, easy to understand communication.
Neal is able to offer advice on all aspects of the employee benefits package; in particular pensions, salary sacrifice and group risk products.
Niki Bambridge
Senior Associate
Niki possesses over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, encompassing individual protection, pensions, workplace pensions, and employee benefits. Specialising in Group Risk and Healthcare, she has successfully completed her CII exams, securing the Cert CII qualification. Niki takes immense pleasure in her work within the industry, engaging with clients, and comprehending their company needs.
During her leisure hours, she finds joy in quality time with her family, indulging in the art of baking, and enjoying walks with her Hungarian Vizsla companion, Margo!
Nicholas Perry
Partner
Nick has over 15 years' experience in the financial services industry, specifically working within Employee Benefits the past few years.
Nick joined the Secondsight team in 2020 as an Employee Benefits Adviser, working with our clients and their employees presenting action inducing content and working with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help them understand all areas of finance.
Nick has recently stepped into the role of Employee Benefits Partner and is working with our corporate and charity clients. Nick is extremely client focussed and passionate about getting to know his clients and understand their needs and objectives in order to support them in offering the best in employee benefits design, implementation and communication.
Outside of work, Nick can most likely be found on the golf course!
Nick Frankland
Principal
Nick has worked in the pensions industry since graduating from Edinburgh University in 1985 and has gathered considerable knowledge and expertise in the employee benefit field, particularly in relation to legislative developments which have moved at great pace over the last few years. A seasoned professional in the pensions industry, Nick has navigated legislative developments with agility. Nick collaborates with colleagues from various specialist areas, offering a wealth of experience in both occupational and contract-based pension environments. A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Nick holds a degree in Mathematics and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
Nickie Parris
Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser
Nickie has more than 25 years’ experience working in the Financial Services industry, specialising specifically in healthcare and has worked for a number of large insurers.
Nickie joined Secondsight 14 years ago, as Group Risk & Healthcare Coordinator, and was promoted to Account Executive in 2013. In 2018, Nickie completed her CII IFI exam, and promoted, taking her to the position of, Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser. Through Nickie's tremendous achievements, she was again promoted, and now holds a position as Senior Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser.
Nickie is extremely client focussed and is passionate about getting to know her clients personally, helping her to provide her clients with the best possible client experience.
Nickie is a keen baker and could certainly rival those who have appeared on The Great British Bake Off!
Rebecca Eastwood
Healthcare Adviser
Rebecca has more than 35 years’ experience in financial services, working for a number of large insurance and financial advisory firms in and around London.
Rebecca joined Secondsight in 2005, as a Practice Manager, before exclusively moving in to Group Risk and Healthcare in 2009, specialising in PMI.
Rebecca is extremely client focused and advises her clients on all aspects of Group Healthcare, Travel, Dental and Cashplan schemes.
Rebecca also supports our Parent Company, Foster Denovo’s Partners with individual private medical insurance plans.
Rebecca holds the Chartered Institute of Insurers and the Personal Finance Society Certificate and is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma and Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
Additionally, Rebecca is the current President of the Insurance Institute of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Richard Evans
Associate Director
Before joining Punter Southall (now Secondsight), Richard used to work with a multi-national employee benefit consultancy, where he spent 5 years as a Senior Consultant. Richard also spent 9 years as a Client Relationship Manager for a leading Pension provider looking after key accounts.
Richard holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Financial Planning and Diploma Membership of the Pensions Management Institute. In addition, he has a wealth of experience gained over more than 22 years in the financial service industry. Richard’s principal areas of expertise relate to DC pension provision, including advice to employers and trustees on investment strategy, the selection of providers, governance, and financial education for employees.
Richard Hawkins
Associate Director
Richard is a senior member of the Edinburgh consultancy team managing a portfolio of trustee and corporate clients. He’s also an active member of the People Strategy Group and the Occupational Services Team. Richard is one of our Pension Ombudsmen Volunteer Advisers and is currently studying with the Open University. For fun, Richard enjoys hiking, travel, and writing – there’s also the occasional half marathon, but that seems too much like hard work to count as fun.
Samantha Hornby
Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser
Sammy has over 15 years' experience working in the financial services industry, specialising in Group Risk and Healthcare. She rejoined the Secondsight team in August 2023, after previously being here for 10 years from 2008 as a Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser.
Sammy’s passion lies in ensuring her clients fully understand the additional value that wellbeing services can bring to their Risk and Healthcare policies.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family where her 2 young children keep her on her toes!
Sarah Culver
Associate Director
Sarah holds qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute and Chartered Insurance Institute and is based in Secondsight’s Guildford office. She started her career in the pension industry twenty years ago; the last nine years have been spent as a Defined Contribution (DC) pension consultant.
Sarah works with a number of corporate clients and provides full consultancy services, including scheme governance, communication plans, and default investment fund support. She also engages directly with pension plan members by delivering presentations and running one-to-one pension clinics.
Alongside client responsibilities, Sarah is also involved in developing our pension proposition and managing pension provider relations.
Steve Scott
Director
Steve has been in the financial services industry since 1977, specialising in Defined Contribution Pensions since 2009.
Steve manages relationships with clients from across a wide variety of sectors, including independent schools and not-for-profit organisations. Working from the initial contact stage through to the successful implementation of full employee benefit packages and beyond, Steve’s experience has enabled him to help Independent Schools review the Teacher’s Pension Scheme.
Being a member of our internal governance and retirement education groups, Steve helps to build and improve the services that we can offer to clients and their members.
Sue Lewis
Principal Partner
With over 20 years’ experience working in financial services and employee benefits, Sue has developed a deep level of knowledge and understanding when interpreting the needs of her clients.
Sue loves working alongside HR teams, helping them to achieve their goals. Her enthusiasm is infectious and it’s what helps set her apart from many others in the employee benefits sector.
Sue’s approach to client service, supported by her team, is exceptional and it is something that she is passionate about.
This is one reason why many of Sue’s clients come to her through a referral.
Whilst Sue has a number of clients in the IT, technology and pharmaceutical sectors, she also has many clients in other industries. Clients range in size from small start-ups and SMEs to national organisations.
Sue is able to advise on most aspects of employee benefits advice including pensions and group risk.
Vanessa Eagle
Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser
Vanessa has over 12 years' experience in the financial services industry, specialising in group risk and healthcare, In September 2019, she joined the Secondsight team as a Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser.
Her role involves providing advice on all Group Risk and Healthcare products. Vanessa is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients, working closely with them to ensure their policies align with their needs, and ultimately bring benefits to their employees.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking her dogs, and sometimes cat on a good walk.
