Gavin Zaprzala-Banks
Head of Client Consulting
Gavin has worked in financial services for twenty years and first joined the Punter Southall Group (now Secondsight) in 2003. As Head of Client Consulting in our Guildford team, he manages a group of consultants and is responsible for a portfolio of clients, working with a broad range of employers covering areas such as scheme design and implementation, communication options, and investment reviews. Gavin leads our governance group, overseeing the continual improvement of this central element of our proposition. In addition to a degree in English Literature and History, Gavin holds several financial qualifications, including the Financial Planning Certificate, pension specialist paper CF9, and the PMI’s Certificate in DC Governance.
