In his current role, Graeme provides ongoing consultancy support and advice to various employers, including independent schools. He covers key areas such as provider selection, scheme governance, investment strategy, employee engagement, and special projects.
Graeme is widely recognised as a subject matter expert on auto-enrolment and school pension strategies, particularly in cases where schools are contemplating Defined Contribution pensions alongside or as an alternative to Defined Benefit Teachers’ Pension Schemes.
