Foster Denovo Acquires TEBC

The Foster Denovo Group confirms the acquisition of TEBC Limited, an employee benefits consultancy.

Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, TEBC has in the region of 100 corporate client relationships, providing corporate advice predominately on pensions and group risk, with some face-to-face member advice.

The acquisition will see TEBC’s staff join the Foster Denovo Group. Over time, Foster Denovo intends to integrate the operation of TEBC with its own Secondsight employee benefits division, offering additional and enhanced services to TEBC clients.
